If Breadbot does not perform to your satisfaction within the first 30 days of purchase, email us at hello@breadbot.app with your order number and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Requesting a refund is straightforward. There is no form to fill out and no explanation required.
Send an email to hello@breadbot.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number. Your order number appears in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy.
We will confirm receipt of your request within one business day and initiate the refund immediately. You do not need to return anything or provide a reason.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all one-time purchase prices for the Personal license ($997) and the Professional license ($2,497), covering the full purchase amount. The guarantee window begins on the date your purchase is confirmed and your license key is issued.
The following are not eligible for refund:
Annual renewal fees. Once an annual renewal has been processed and your license extended, that renewal fee is non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, simply do not pay the renewal invoice and your license will revert to the features of your original purchase tier without active support.
Railway hosting credits. If your purchase includes Railway hosting credits and those credits have been applied to your Railway account, the value of those credits is non-refundable. The remaining software purchase price remains eligible for refund within the 30-day window.
Purchases outside the 30-day window. Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible, except in cases of demonstrable technical defects that were reported within the guarantee period and remained unresolved.
We ask that you contact us at hello@breadbot.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us void your eligibility for a voluntary refund and may result in your license key being permanently revoked and the transaction being disputed. We stand behind the 30-day guarantee and will process any valid refund request promptly — there is no need to involve your bank when you are within the guarantee window.
