2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our products and process your purchase. Specifically, we collect:

• Identity and contact information: your name and email address, provided when you make a purchase or contact support.
• Payment information: payment card details and billing address. These are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and are never stored on our servers.
• License data: your license key, purchase date, product tier, and activation status, stored to validate your access to the software.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, collected automatically when you visit breadbot.app, used for security and basic analytics only.
• Support correspondence: any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email.

We do not collect social security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or sensitive financial account credentials beyond what is required to process a one-time payment.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfill your purchase, issue your license key, and provide post-purchase delivery.
• To validate your software license when the software connects to our license server at keys.breadbot.app.
• To respond to your support requests and provide technical assistance.
• To send transactional communications related to your purchase, including order confirmation and license key delivery.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of our systems.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information for behavioral advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

4. Third-Party Processors

We share your information with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate our service:

• Lemon Squeezy (payment processing): Lemon Squeezy, Inc. processes all payment transactions on our behalf. Your payment card data is subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation and your email address from each completed purchase.
• Railway (software deployment infrastructure): if you deploy Breadbot software through Railway, your deployment is subject to Railway's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal data from Railway about your deployment activity.
• Telegram (bot notifications): the Breadbot software communicates with Telegram's API to send you trade alerts and control commands. Your Telegram account is not shared with us — the software uses your bot token, which you generate and control independently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your name, email address, and license record for as long as your license is active and for a period of three years thereafter, to handle any refund requests, support issues, or legal obligations that may arise. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@breadbot.app. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal requirements that obligate us to retain certain records.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The breadbot.app website uses minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking pixels. If we use any analytics service in the future, it will be disclosed in an update to this policy prior to implementation.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls on our servers, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
